My main factors in choosing remote desktop software are reliability and price. I used to work with Logmein and Teamviewer. Their professional versions are great and companies gained their brand-names. But concerning prices they seem a bit unaffordable to me. They are cheaper alternatives with the same set of functions for small business. I would recommend VNC or Gotoassist products. I use Techinline at the moment which is the best one for me.

And free version has limited panel of functions needed in my work but perfect for home users.Logmein gained a great reputation but loses in price because not everybody can afford it. Logmein is the best one for professionals but they are cheaper options for home users.I use Techinline after many other experiments.
